Deposits and Policies

Deposits are required to book your tattoo appointment and are non-refundable.

Deposits are taken off of your total at the end of your session, or for multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held and taken off the cost for the last session of the tattoo.

If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled as well as your deposit will be forfeited. The artist reserves the right that if the appointment is not cancelled and is still done that they are paid for the time the client is late after those 15 minutes based on the artists hourly rate.

Designs are not sent to the client beforehand, to protect the artists intellectual property of the artwork. There will be time to make minor changes during the appointment is needed.

If you change your mind on what you’d like in the design with less than 1 week before your appointment your deposit will no longer be valid as I will have spent time designing something you no longer want. This includes making changes to a tattoo we have already started.

If you have not communicated clearly enough for me to understand what you would like so you don’t want the design that I have made up the deposit will be forfeited as I wont be able to tattoo during the allotted time slot and I spent the time designing. To rebook, another deposit will be required.

Touchups are free, as long as the reason for needing the touchups is not because the client did something to damage the tattoo (example: sun damage, infection, and so on, in which case the touchup is not free). Since the touchups are free, if the client does something that would usually cause for a deposit to be forfeited, there will then be a cost for the touchup. Touchups are only offered for free for a year after the project is completed, after that you will be charged a reduced hourly rate.

If you go over a year without booking a new appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need a new one in order to rebook.

Studio Deposits

Deposits can only be rescheduled TWICE as long as you give at least 1 week notice.

Guest Spot Deposits

As I have to travel to wherever it is that I am guest spotting at, you cannot reschedule and keep your deposit.
